OVERVIEW & HIGHLIGHTS

The Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District is seeking a qualified individual as a Director, Compliance and Title IX. The Incumbent under the general supervision of the Vice Chancellor, Human Resources will plan, organize, coordinate, and direct a variety of advanced investigatory, administrative, and compliance related duties in support of District, state, and federal policies, procedures, laws, and requirements as they pertain to civil rights, compliance, employment, equity, and human resources functions. Type of position: Full-Time - Monday - Friday. This is an Exempt position and is not eligible for over-time.

Salary: Range M-10
$11,765 - $16,101 Monthly
$141,180 - $193,212 Annually

Initial Salary Placement: New employees start at Step A ($11,765) or B ($12,236) on the salary schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Any combination of training and experience equivalent to:

A Bachelor's degree in human resources, public administration, business administration or a related field, and five (5) years increasingly responsible experience relevant to the duties of the position, two (2) years of which much have been in a supervisory or lead capacity.
