Primary Purpose of the Position:
The Director of Student Accounts provides strategic leadership and oversight for all student financial services, including tuition billing, payment processing, collections, refunds, and account compliance. The role ensures the accurate and timely administration of institutional receivables while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations. The Director advances the institution's mission by ensuring fiscal integrity, operational efficiency, and equitable access to financial processes for all students.

Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education:

• Master's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
• Knowledge of higher education financial regulations, including Title IV financial aid guidelines and student privacy requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership, staff supervision, and project management experience.
• Experience developing and implementing internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and financial integrity.
