Advertised Job Summary
Executive Assistant to the Chancellor (Executive Assistant II), Minimum Salary: $59,581 per year, USCA Chancellor’s Office. Executive Assistant to the Chancellor in planning, coordinating, and directing administrative tasks associated with the office; develops policies and procedures to be implemented and exercised by office personnel; supervises student/clerical personnel; performs duties as the Office Manager for the Chancellor’s Office. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal, written and oral communication skills required. Must possess high level of organizational skills. Must be able to maintain flexibility and professional image while providing leadership to the Office of the Chancellor under stressful conditions, deadlines, and constant changing schedules. Must exercise high level of confidentiality and independent initiative and judgment. Strong supervisory skills, superior human relation skills, flexibility and adaptability. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 3 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.
