Key Responsibilities

• Lead Assessment & Strategy: Design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive assessment framework for all Housing & Residential Life (HRL) programs, services, and initiatives.
• Data Collection: Use survey administration tools, such as Campus Labs, Qualtrics, or similar systems.
• Analysis, Reporting & Communication: Conduct statistical analysis using appropriate software (SPSS, R, Excel, or similar)...
• Training & Support: Train and support HRL staff including RLCs, ACs, and student staff on assessment methodology...
• Recruitment and Staffing: Assist with coordination of housing department recruitments...
• Administrative Responsibilities: Stay current with assessment literature...
