Description of Job Duties and Responsibilities

• May perform a variety of duties, including but not limited to: building and grounds maintenance, painting, snow removal, moving and setting up equipment, and assembling furniture.
• May also be asked to assist the skilled crafts area.

Minimum Qualifications

Depending upon the assigned duties, qualifications may include some or all of the following: must have the ability to sweep, shovel and remove ice, lift 60 pounds, read and follow instructions, operate lawn equipment, conduct minor repairs, and work in extreme temperatures.
