Full-time, Ongoing position at HEW Level 5

Faculty of Health, with flexible working arrangements

Salary: $84,096 – $95,103 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading.

Support the delivery of faculty marketing and events initiatives, contributing to student engagement, reputation, and strategic goals.

The Opportunity

Play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering marketing and events activities that support the faculty’s objectives. You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, manage communications, and ensure the smooth execution of campaigns and events. Your work will directly impact student recruitment, engagement, and the faculty’s profile.

What Success Looks Like:

• Coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns and events aligned with faculty and university goals
• Develop and manage communications across digital and traditional channels
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration
• Monitor and report on campaign and event outcomes, supporting continuous improvement
• Ensure all activities are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard

About You

• Relevant qualification and/or experience in marketing, events, or communications
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and event management platforms
