Member Relationship Specialist II
USC Credit Union is seeking a part-time Member Relationship Specialist II for its Call Center. This role involves building relationships with members, gathering and analyzing data to respond to inquiries, and offering customized solutions using knowledge of USCCU products and services.
Responsibilities include:
- Consistently meeting performance, service, and sales goals
- Developing member relationships through consultative service
- Using active listening to assess and address member needs
- Processing transactions and inquiries efficiently
- Making lending recommendations using sound practices
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies
- Acting as backup at other locations
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of financial institution sales experience, knowledge of relevant regulations, strong interpersonal skills, and pass a background check.
Compensation: Hourly rate range of $20.57 - $24.00.
Minimum requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of customer service experience, demonstrated lending experience, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency with office software.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, 3 years of experience, and knowledge of job-related regulations.
