Advertised Job Summary
The selected candidate will provide critical expertise in electrochemical energy storage and will be responsible for training graduate students in this area. Additionally, this role will play a key part in advancing one of Dr. Yang’s major research directions: the development of solid-state batteries.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Expertise in organic, inorganic synthesis, and electrochemical energy storage.
• Knowledge and expertise in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data from common analytical instruments such as NMR, FTIR, and Raman to initiate tasks and work well independently.
• Ability to engage in collaborative teamwork.
• Documented evidence of publications in related fields. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong writing and editorial skills: ability to independently handle the preparation of sponsor reports and research manuscripts.
