Postdoctoral Fellow Position in Biomedical Sciences/Biomedical Informatics

Zhejiang University-University of Edinburgh Institute (ZJE) is established by Zhejiang University and the University of Edinburgh at the International Campus Zhejiang University in Haining, China. It aims to foster collaborations in teaching and research, explore interdisciplinary research, and commit to frontier basic and applied research in life sciences.

ZJE has a core facility including FACS core, imaging core, histology core, biochemistry core, and bioinformatics core, as well as a laboratory animal facility supporting up to 8000 cages.

ZJE has established several research centres: Centre for Cellular Biology and Signalling (CBS), Centre for Regeneration and Cell Therapy (RCT), Centre for Biomedical Systems and Informatics (BSI), Centre for Infection Immunity and Cancer (IIC), and Biomedical Health and Translational Research Centre (BHTRC).

Requirements include a degree from world-renowned institutions and a PhD in a subject relevant to Biomedical Sciences or Biomedical Informatics. Candidates must work effectively independently and as part of a team, with a strong publication record in reputable scientific journals as an advantage.

The contract is with Zhejiang University. Competitive salary starts from RMB 390,000 annually.
