Program Support Coordinator
The Program Support Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting programmatic initiatives, events, and daily operations within the Center for Student Engagement. This position ensures the effective implementation of departmental programs, including Signature Series and major events, while overseeing logistical functions such as conference room reservations and facility usage.
Primary duties include:
- Coordinate daily operations of the Center for Student Engagement to ensure a clean, organized, and fully functional environment.
- Administer front desk operations, ensuring professional and efficient customer service. Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise student employees.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive series of engagement programs for the campus community.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events and ceremonies recognizing student and staff achievements.
- Serve on institutional committees and workgroups related to student engagement, student travel, and divisional initiatives.
- Assist with budget planning, monitoring, and reconciliation for assigned programs and operational areas.
