Research Administration Management Associate
The Research Administration Management Analyst 1 supports the Associate Director, Continuing Education and administrative team in the College of Social Work. The College of Social Works Continuing Education Department provides Continuing Education (CE) courses for practitioners in the State of Ohio through the State of Ohio 988-CareLine Development Training Series and Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Board of Franklin County (ADAMH).
This position will serve as the team lead for reporting and analytics. This grant funded position supports the Continuing Education team all CE trainings. The position will prepare, process, and analyze live and asynchronous training data for each training the Continuing Education team conducts. This includes ensuring timely submission and processing of CEUs for each training as required by the boards. After analysis of data and CEU processing, the position will create regular reports for the Continuing Education team and will track trends overtime. The Research Administration Management Analyst 1 will also be trained to serve as a back-up moderator to facilitate live trainings as needed.
Responsibilities
- Reporting and Analytics
- Prepares, processes, and analyzes training data using a variety of software and online applications for all live and asynchronous trainings for the Continuing Education team, which primarily consist of 988 trainings.
- Processes CE Broker submissions, including reporting accurate data to the licensing boards, i.e., the Counselor, Social Work and Marriage & Family Counseling Board and the Chemical Dependency Professionals Board, to ensure timely continuing education unit processing for participants to receive CEUs.
- Responsible for collecting and interpreting large amounts of data and distributing certificates of completion to training participants.
- Prepares reports using analyzed data. Tracks overarching trends and prepares larger reports for Continuing Education team. Develops standard operating procedures for all reporting processes.
- Moderating
- Serves as the back-up moderator for live trainings as needed.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 0 years of relevant experience required.
Desired Qualifications
0-2 years of relevant experience preferred. Reporting and analytics experience on the 988 training grant. Live training moderating or facilitating experience.
*Salary range is $51,500 - $67,250 annually. The actual salary will fall within this range based on the candidates qualifications, internal equity, and the units available budget.*
