Preferred Qualifications

  • PhD in Cancer Biology or related field
  • More than 5 years of postdoctoral experience
  • Strong background in cancer research, preferably in pediatric oncology or neuroblastoma
  • Proficiency with mammalian cell culture, standard molecular/cellular biology techniques preferred
  • Ability to work with CRISPR and Cre-Lox models
  • Experience with identification and validation of drug targets, drug screening, target engagements and other standard cell biology techniques
  • Familiarity in DNA damage studies and has previous experience in DNA damage biomarkers
  • Familiarity with omics data (RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, proteomics) and analysis pipelines
  • Knowledge of immunotherapy, epigenetics, or tumor microenvironment research
  • Prior involvement in translational or drug discovery projects
  • Familiarity with University research administration, policies and procedures

This position is posted as RESEARCH INVESTIGATOR/ASSISTANT RESEARCH SCIENTIST/ASSOCIATE RESEARCH SCIENTIST/RESEARCH SCIENTIST. The rank of the selected candidate will depend upon the candidate's qualifications.
