Specialist II, Operations
The purpose of this class is to perform standard administrative work supporting a functional area within assigned College department or function. High school diploma/GED and three years of full time high level clerical experience to include data entry, knowledge of and experience using Microsoft Office applications, and creating reports/spreadsheets in Excel or an Associate's degree and one year of full time identical experience.
Compensation within the posted range is determined by a candidate's education level and/or years of experience in the field. Generally, employees are hired in the lower third of the scale.

- Generate data in report form for internal and external entities.
- Compile data files and summaries for presentations or future analysis.
- Coordinate technical data for special requests.
