Global and Intercultural Studies seeks a Visiting Assistant Professor/Instructor beginning August 2025. Primary teaching duties will be in American Studies with the opportunity to teach in other interdisciplinary courses.
Job Description
Visiting Assistant Professor/Instructor will primarily teach undergraduate courses in American Studies with an opportunity to teach other interdisciplinary courses in the department: International Studies; Latin American, Latina/o and Caribbean Studies; and Women’s, Gender and Sexuality Studies.
Additional Information
A criminal background check is required. All campuses are smoke- and tobacco-free campuses. This organization participates in E-Verify.
Minimum Qualifications
Required: Ph.D. by date of appointment for Visiting Assistant Professor; Master’s degree by date of appointment for appointment as Instructor.
