Suspension of Drexel University's Contribution into 403(b) Retirement Plan
As communicated on Oct. 10, Drexel University is suspending its contributions to employee retirement plans for calendar year 2025 as part of its multi-year plan to build financial resilience. Drexel is continuing to monitor the situation and will share updates as they become available for calendar year 2026.

Job Summary
This is a part-time, non-tenure track position in 2025 - 2026 academic year.
Essential Functions
- Teach the lecture and oversee the design and practicum
- Use Black Board Learn for class materials, assignments, and grading.
- Keep records, post grades (mid-term & final), submit attendance reporting, and mentor students. Provide students with feedback.
- Submit ABET course assessment reports and course binders.
- Responsible for creating the syllabus and course materials provided by the department.
- You are responsible for teaching the course selection and making yourself available to students (e.g., responding to email inquiries, maintaining accurate documentation of course records to justify the grades to the course as assigned by the department head.
- Other duties as assigned by department head.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Demonstrable academic and/or professional experience commensurate with course content and requirements.
