Assistant Professor of Psychology
The Department of Psychological Science at Boise State University invites interested applicants to apply for the position of Assistant Professor to begin in Fall 2026. The successful candidate will have an active research program and engage undergraduate students in teaching areas such as research methods, statistical methods, and advanced statistics. They will also participate in service activities and use evidence-based, inclusive teaching practices. The standard teaching load is 1-3 courses per semester, with opportunities for salary enhancement through summer teaching or externally funded projects. This is a nine-month tenure-track position.

Minimum requirements include an earned doctorate in psychology or related field by August 1, 2026, experience teaching at the undergraduate level, and the ability to manage a research program involving undergraduates.
