Associate Registrar-Student Services and Credentials
General Description:
The Associate Registrar works with the Registrar and office staff to plan and direct the activities and develop policies, procedures, and long-term goals for the Office of the Registrar. Interpret and enforce university academic and administrative policies for faculty, staff, students, parents, and the general public. Develop and implement practices and procedures for the Office of the Registrar, including course scheduling, registration, and classroom scheduling. Work collaboratively with academic and other administrative offices regarding academic and administrative policies and procedures as they relate to course scheduling, registration, and room scheduling.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Registrar's Office experience preferred in class scheduling, project management, or similar role in higher education
Knowledge & Skills:
Proficiency with Banner is highly recommended. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Must possess excellent critical thinking skills, the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge and practice of essential student records protocol including adherence to FERPA regulations and AACRAO guidelines is recommended.
