Business Solutions Training Specialist
Position Summary: This position supports the Business Solutions program and the strategic operations of CEWD. The Business Solutions Training Specialist is responsible for the creation of new contract training courses in collaboration with the Program Manager including the development of curricula and the issuance of new and renewed training contracts. This position must have the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Business Solutions team to plan and develop new contract training offerings.
- Develop curricula for new contract training courses in consultation with subject matter experts.
- Redevelop curricula for existing contract training courses as needed.
- Interview, hire, and supervise instructors for training programs in collaboration with the Program Manager.
- Oversee contract process from agreement to purchase through final contract execution.
- Guide Business Solutions clients through contract implementation process.
- Coordinate and schedule contract training courses after receiving client hand-off from salesperson.
- Collaborate with Business Solutions team to select course materials.
- Attend trainings as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Salary: $53,382 - $58,719 annually
