About the Opportunity

Create exceptional experiences in every interaction with Future and Current students, and the wider community.
Deliver accurate, relevant information with confidence and efficiency.
Own every enquiry - striving for first-contact resolution, every time.

About you
Key Criteria
Experience thriving in fast-paced customer service environments while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with Future and Current students from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to manage enquiries across multiple channels, including social media, live chat, email, and phone.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a commitment to first-contact resolution and a student-first approach.
Commitment to continuous improvement and contributing positively to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry, Courage and Personal Excellence.
