Job Description Summary
The Program Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling/coordination of Armellino Center of Excellence (ACE) for Williams Syndrome patient visits, provide front desk support as well as triage main center email and phone line. This individual will also provide administrative operations support for the ACE Director, Medical Director and Clinical Program Director including meeting scheduling, coordinating business travel and facilitating reimbursements. Will also be responsible for assisting Director and Clinical Program Director with ACE daily operational needs including procurement and accounts payable.
Job Description

Duties
- Manage the administrative operations for Armellino Center, including meeting scheduling, front desk triage, main center email and phone line.
- Provides varied and complex patient care coordination & scheduling to support clinical operations.
- Assists with monitoring and facilitating ACE operational and equipment/supply needs
- Assists with making travel arrangements and submission of expense reports to TMHG Business Office
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications
Bachelor of Arts and 2 to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
