Reporting to the Vice-Chancellor and President, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor International will provide the vision and leadership to build UTS’s global reach, cultural diversity, and international capability in order to achieve our teaching research and partnership goals.

The Deputy Vice-Chancellor International will work across UTS and with external partners to shape a comprehensive international strategy. With relevant international leadership experience, and a deep understanding of the HE sector, candidates will demonstrate the profile, ambition and talent to deliver a long-term strategy that will enhance the University’s international reputation and network of relationships.

This key role offers an unrivalled opportunity for an established and experience leader with a deep understanding and vision for international partnership and impact. With excellent influencing, collaboration and communication skills, candidates will bring experience in building and maintaining relationships across a complex range of internal and external stakeholders.

Candidates should also exhibit a record of delivering substantial outcomes, including commercial achievement, in senior leadership. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to think creatively, take initiative and exercise effective judgment in a dynamic environment and, in doing so, inspire others to partner in the ambitions and aspirations of UTS.
