About the role:

Operating within education pathways, the role provides high level support to the Director Education Pathways by coordinating initiatives, projects and governance processes that advance the University's strategy and the directorate's strategic plans. It ensures effective communication and engagement with staff and leaders, facilitates capability building activities and contributes to continuous improvement through data-informed reporting and process enhancement. The position also supports the implementation and optimisation of key systems and frameworks, working collaboratively across professional and academic areas to align policies, procedures and strategic priorities.

• Total remuneration valued to $112,625 - $120,977 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $95,170 - $102,227 (pro rata) pa (HEW 6), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
• 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
• Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
