- Term: Fixed-term, full time basis until 30 November 2027. Part-time applications will be considered.
- Remuneration: $95,981 to $108,257 pa (HEW5) (inclusive of $81,105 to $91,478 salary pa, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading)

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Executive Assistant to join School of Public Health and Social Work, Faculty of Health.
The Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the Academic Director and contributing to the smooth operation of the Australian Centre for Health Services Innovation (AusHSI). This position is embedded within the Research Support team and is responsible for delivering high-quality administrative and executive support in a dynamic, research-intensive environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organisational and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and maintain professionalism under pressure. Acting as a key liaison for the Centre Director, the Executive Assistant will foster a welcoming and professional interface with staff, students, external collaborators, and visitors.

What you need to succeed
- Education, training or relevant experience equivalent to completion of an associate diploma with relevant experience in a university research setting.
- Demonstrated high level written communication skills including the ability to draft meeting agendas and minutes, correspondence and emails (MS Outlook) with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Intermediate skills using the Microsoft Office Suite will be required.
- High level ability to manage time and tasks effectively including prioritising work, meeting deadlines and balancing competing demands as well as the ability to embrace change and respond to unexpected challenges at short notice.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide confidential executive support, collaborate effectively within team environments and communicate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Demonstrated administrative experience in a research or health service environment, with a sound working knowledge of research terminology and documentation.
