In this position, you will provide dedicated executive and administrative support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the School while contributing to a range of important initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Executive Support & Coordination: Provide high-level, confidential administrative support to the Head of School and leadership team, managing diaries, meetings, correspondence, and priorities.
- Operations & Administration: Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the School office, including reporting, travel coordination, financial administration, and Workday processing.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Act as a key point of contact, maintaining effective communication and building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Projects & Events: Support School initiatives through project coordination, committee administration, HR processes, and event delivery.

About You
- Relevant qualifications and demonstrated experience in administrative, executive support, or secretarial roles; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience (at least 2 years)
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Highly developed organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise competing demands, manage workload independently, and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to exercise initiative, sound judgement, and maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to manage relationships, negotiate, and handle sensitive matters professionally.
- Demonstrated commitment to upholding University values, with a professional approach characterised by integrity, respect, and collaboration.
Appointment to this role is subject to the successful completion of relevant pre-employment checks, which may include verification of the right to work in Australia and criminal history checks.
