"Graphic Designer"

Longwood University seeks experienced graphic designer to provide as-needed freelance graphic design services. This position is an independent contractor, not a Longwood University employee. Work consists of a variety of projects, including updating existing printed and digital brochures and flyers; creating new brochures, flyers and posters; logo and merchandise design; and other types of projects. This work is expected to be produced remotely. 2-3 years of professional experience is preferred. For consideration, email to marcom@longwood.edu the following: resume; cover letter describing availability (for example, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday or evenings and weekends only) and hourly rate; and at least 5 examples in pdf format or via URL access of the designer’s sole work product, ideally to include long form (brochure, annual report, magazine layout, etc.), posters/flyers, advertisements, and logo use or development.
