You care about good service and understand how thoughtful communication can build confidence and trust. You understand the importance of using data effectively to provide further insights into how to improve outcomes for students.
What you'll do
You will lead daily operations, planning and reporting for two vital teams responsible for supporting future students from their first interaction with the University through to their enrolment. You’ll coordinate conversion campaigns, oversee scholarship administration, and help shape processes that make things simpler and clearer for students and play a key role in making sure UniSQ’s scholarships and bursaries are delivered effectively and fairly.
In the first 6-12 months, you will:
- Set priorities and manage workflows to meet service targets, especially during peak times
- Lead targeted outreach and conversion activities to help students accept offers and enrol
- Coordinate a high-quality, student-centred service that supports prospective students through the admissions process
This position will be appealing to applicants with sales and/or financial sector experience.
What will help you succeed
To thrive in this role, you are required to hold a relevant degree with experience, or substantial experience in a similar administrative or service-focused role as well as demonstrating:
- A strong customer service mindset and experience working with diverse stakeholders
- The ability to manage high volumes of work while staying accurate and organised
- A practical, confident approach to using systems and technology
An understanding of higher education processes is helpful but not essential.

Salary: Total remuneration range $108,559 to $117,574 pa (includes salary range of $91,553 to $99,155 pa, employer super contributions of 17% and annual leave loading)
