About This Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive Teaching and Learning Enhancement Officer to support our Faculty’s Learning Enhancement Team.
In this role, you will provide high-level administrative and professional support for innovative teaching and learning projects, working closely with the Senior Educational Researcher, Senior Manager Teaching and Learning, and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide high level secretarial and organisational support for Faculty Committees, (e.g. the Faculty Teaching and Learning Committee, Accreditation and Academic Program Reviews).
- Effective and efficient coordination of meetings including room bookings, catering, and travel arrangements as required.
- Prepare and manage correspondence and enquiries, by referring for action or advice and seek timely follow-up and resolution of issues as required.
- Provide support for Casual Academic training including scheduling, responding to new casual academic emails, and distributing casual academic attendee list to Schools.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by relevant staff members and supervisor.

About You
- Completion of an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of relevant experience.
- Strong client service focus, including the ability to relate easily and effectively to people from diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrated high level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook).
- Effective time management skills and attention to detail with an ability to manage and complete tasks to a high standard with competing deadlines.
- Demonstrated communication skills including written, interpersonal and oral communication skills, and the ability to develop relationships with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Working knowledge of University administrative systems, policies and procedures or the capacity to rapidly acquire this knowledge.
