Position Summary

Exam Team Runners play a crucial role in completing exam day logistics and venue set ups.

This role will:

• Exam venue set up and delivery tasks:
• Prepare and deliver exam bags for venues
• Load and unload stationery boxes for venues
• Bump in and bump out venues with tables/chairs and signage (as specified)
• Assist at exam venues prior to, during and post exams
• Respond to ad-hoc requests for stationery/materials
• Sort and deliver exam bags to Schools
• Management of loan laptops (as required)
• Other general administrative tasks

A person engaged is generally expected to have the following skills and experience

• Good communication skills
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Able to lift at least 5-10kg
• Use required equipment
• Ability to navigate UNSW campus
• Able to work as part of a team

Span of hours – 8:00am – 4:30pm (evening and weekend work may also be required)

Casual days during UNSW Examinations periods only – minimum 15-20 days per term x 3 times each year
