The Office Manager oversees daily operations by maintaining office services, organizing procedures, and monitoring clerical functions. This role involves budget preparation, liaising with medical staff, strategic planning, and patient advocacy.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervises employees, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and termination.
- Manages resource utilization, staffing, and productivity.
- Ensures compliance with laws, accreditation standards, and policies.
- Handles fiscal responsibilities like budget management and revenue enhancement.
- Develops business plans, policies, and procedures.
- Manages operational efficiency, scheduling, and workflows.
Qualifications
Educational Requirements: Minimum of a High School diploma.
Experience and Skillset: 5 years of leadership in office management required (healthcare preferred). Experience in insurance authorization, project management, and clinic leadership is strongly preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus.
