***Job Summary***
The College Recruiter III assists the Chaplin School Associate Director of College Recruiting and Recruiting Department in providing information to prospective students regarding the admission process and procedures. Supports the Chaplin School's enrollment goals and assists with the support and development of strategies and opportunities to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Develops and leads comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified applicants and meet CSHTM graduate and undergraduate enrollment goals. Evaluates outcomes and recommends improvements.
- Collects and analyzes data on recruitment activities and outcomes using Campus Solutions, PantherSoft, and CRM tools. Prepares dashboards and reports for leadership.
- Plans and coordinates targeted outreach initiatives and events that align with academic program needs. Represents FIU at recruitment activities statewide and nationally.
- Develops and maintains strategic relationships with feeder schools, community colleges, and external organizations to strengthen recruitment pipelines and expand applicant pool.
- Plans and manages large-scale recruitment events such as but not limited to open houses, transfer fairs, campus tours and tabling events. Collaborates with marketing and academic units for consistent messaging.
- Oversees complex admissions and application processes. Ensures data accuracy and timely communication with the Office of Admissions.
- Manages applicant communication plans and CRM campaigns. Ensures consistent and timely messaging across all stages of the recruitment funnel.
- Serves as primary contact for prospective students and applicants. Collaborates with advisors, program directors, and admissions staff to ensure a seamless enrollment experience.
- Trains and guides junior recruiters and student assistants. Provides feedback, monitors performance, and ensures compliance with departmental standards.
- Assesses the success of recruitment events and outreach activities through metrics and surveys. Recommends process improvements based on results.
- Maintains data integrity across recruitment systems. Partners with IT and HRIS teams to improve reporting accuracy and system functionality.
***Minimum Qualifications***
Bachelor's degree 5 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree and 4 years of relevant experience
***Desired Qualifications***
Experience working in a higher education setting.
***Advertised Salary***
$50,000 - $55,000
***Work Schedule***
Begin time: 8:30 AM
End time: 5:00 PM
