Position Duties
Direct overall operations, ongoing management, administrative support and continuous evaluation of the Professionals Master's of Business Administration (PMBA) program. Manage applicants through admission, yield activities and student commitment. Serve as direct point of contact for all PMBA students, faculty assigned to the program, university staff, and external agencies providing services to the programs.
Essential Functions
Plan and oversee daily operations for PMBA. Manage admission process from interview through deposit and registration; support retention processes; oversee graduation clearance. Oversee all aspects of on-boarding for incoming students, including yield activities, orientations, and special events. Oversee advising for PMBA students. Identify optimal course needs and propose schedules to meet student demands and interests. Plan and implement program activities, such as guest speakers, networking events, career development activities and other activities for part-time students. Provide administrative processes to support the experiential component of the PMBA curriculum, including study tours and consulting practicums. Advocate for program improvements, based on assessment of market needs and student feedback. Assess the effectiveness of processes and implement changes as needed. Collaborate with recruitment team. Collaborate with Career Development in support of students' professional and career development. Administer student exit surveys and other surveys as appropriate.
Actively participate as a member of the Assistant Dean's management team. Manage hiring and evaluation of professional and support staff. In collaboration with Associate Dean, actively solicit feedback from faculty and students to assure quality program delivery and student experience. Identify areas of improvement, develop potential solutions and collaborate with Sellinger and Loyola partners to implement change.
Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned or directed by the supervisor. This may include attendance of and participation in required training for role.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Demonstrated knowledge of higher education and curriculum design. Strong interpersonal skills. Oral and written communication skills, including public speaking. Demonstrated success in leading a team and in team building. Ability to manage multiple priorities and to delegate. Ability to support the mission and values of a Catholic Jesuit education, as well as University goals for institutional diversity.
