The AACSB International accredited College of Business enrolls approximately 2,000 students annually. The College of Business offers comprehensive undergraduate degrees, select master's degrees, and professional programs that emphasize principle-based ethical decision making. Salary/Pay Range: $50,186 - $66,194 annually. Compensation will be commensurate upon experience and qualifications. This position is Exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) overtime provisions.
Work Location: This position has the option to work partially remote as determined with the supervisor.

Summary: The College of Business (COB) Engagement & Events Program Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing and executing comprehensive outreach, communications, and event strategies that elevate the visibility and impact of COB programs.
Essential Functions: The duties include projects and event oversight, strategic outreach and communications, and digital engagement and program evaluation.
Qualifications: A completed Bachelor's degree is required. Full-time equivalent professional work experience in large event planning or event management is required.
