- Salary: $84,096 – $95,103 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading.

The Opportunity
The Student Services Hub Officer plays a crucial role in delivering high‑quality, multi‑channel support to Western Sydney University students. Working within Current Student Services, you will be part of a collaborative team providing front‑line advisory and transactional services across face-to-face, phone, email and web chat channels. Your work will directly support student success and engagement by ensuring enquiries are resolved quickly, accurately, and with a strong focus on service consistency.
In this role you will use a range of university systems and technologies to manage enquiries, maintain documentation, and coordinate processes such as tutorial registration, examinations and academic integration plans. You will also play a part in continuous improvement by providing feedback and helping to refine service practices and case management.
As a key point of contact for students, you will model the University’s values, contribute to a positive team culture, and support service delivery that enhances the overall student experience.This role is based at Bankstown campus only. However, as part of a broad service network, additional Student Services Hub Officer opportunities may become available across other Western Sydney University campuses.
What success looks like.
- Deliver responsive, accurate, multi-channel support to students and staff.
- Resolve enquiries effectively using university systems or refer appropriately when required.
- Support the coordination of key student-facing processes and documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement through service feedback and collaboration.
- Demonstrate values-led service and strong teamwork.

About You
- Demonstrated experience in customer or student services within a complex environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive professional relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service technologies, with adaptability to new systems.
- Ability to independently manage competing priorities and apply problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality, student‑focused service.
