Department: Labor and Employee Relations team within the Division of Human Resources and Inclusive Excellence

Salary Range: $8,800 - $10,800 per month

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university. Three years of experience in the area of Labor and/or Employee Relations. Considerable knowledge of policies and practices involving personnel/human resources functions...

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree from an accredited college or university. Public sector labor/employee relations experience in a higher education institution. Experience working within the CSU system.
