Project Manager Care & Education
Job Summary: As a project manager at ACTA, you will lead IT projects and establish a sustainable project management approach. You will drive structural improvements in collaboration and change, contributing to innovation in education, care quality, and digital future.
Responsibilities:
- Lead tactical and strategic IT projects from start to implementation.
- Develop and implement a customized project management approach for ACTA.
- Set up and implement project governance and portfolio management.
- Coach colleagues in their roles as project leaders.
- Share knowledge and enthusiasm for project-based work across the organization.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Extensive experience in project and change management within care and/or education.
- Affinity with IT and leading IT projects.
- Organizational sensitivity and insight into administrative relationships.
- Background in care with interest in education, or vice versa.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Coaching attitude and ability to involve people in change.
- Academic level of work and thinking.
What the Employer Offers:
- A temporary contract for 1 year, with potential for a permanent position.
- Salary between €4,537 and €7,056 gross per month for a full-time position, based on education and experience.
- Part-time position at 0.8 FTE.
- Additional benefits including vacation allowance, end-of-year bonus, travel expense contributions, and options for hybrid working.
