Project Manager, International Patient Center
The Project Manager I supports strategic initiatives within the International Patient Services (IPC) department by managing cross-functional projects from planning through execution. Responsibilities include overseeing project activities and timelines, while ensuring alignment with departmental goals. This role collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to resolve operational challenges and maintain effective communication.
The Project Manager I prepares executive-level presentations, leveraging data to create clear, impactful visualizations in PowerPoint, and will also aid in managing the departmental-level budget by tracking project-related expenditures and supporting financial planning efforts. Success in this role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to drive measurable outcomes.

This position's work location is fully remote with occasional time on-campus in Boston, MA. The selected candidate may only work remotely from a New England state (ME, VT, NH, MA, CT, RI).
- Scope and Complexity: Manage small projects with clearly defined objectives and limited scope, focusing on task execution and meeting project-specific goals.
- Decision Making: Make informed decisions regarding resource allocation and project timelines, with some autonomy in resolving operational challenges.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Communicates with project team members and stakeholders relevant to the specific project.
- Project Management: Plan and manage project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
- Quality Assurance: Track project progress, ensuring that outputs are accurate and meet established performance metrics.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures.
Bachelor’s degree required. Three (3) years of experience in project coordination /administration OR at least one (1) year of project management experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Solid understanding of project management principles and practices. Strong organizational and time management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in using project management tools and templates. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
