The jobholder is responsible for timely and accurate data entry of college applications and other forms as assigned. S/he enters and updates incoming admission applications and related applicant information. S/he communicates with students, parents and counselors about the application process, account activation and the registration process. S/he works with other Career and College Promise staff in support of the area’s functions as assigned. Additionally, the jobholder works with ITS to resolve duplicate records and maintain accurate student data.

Education Required
Associate degree from an institutionally accredited college/university.
Experience Required
4 years clerical experience.
KSA Required
- Above average typing skills required along with keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Must have a pleasant personality; be able to work with peers, public, staff and faculty in a tactful and responsible manner.
- General knowledge and experience working with high school students and post-secondary students.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to learn information and details related to GTCC programs, facilities, campuses, offices etc.
Department/Job Specific Requirements
Evening and weekend work may be required during peak times. A work schedule will be established by the Assistant Director based on the needs of the department.
Salary
Min Salary: $40,172.55; Mid Salary: $45,194.12
