Your Role on the Team

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage housing assignments for approximately 4,300 residents, including room changes, contract cancellations, and database updates.
  • Oversee daily front desk operations, resolving inquiries and independently troubleshooting resident and visitor concerns.
  • Analyze service trends and resident requests to recommend process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as key control, supply inventory, facilities requests, phone support, and special projects.

What It Takes to be Successful

Required:

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented processes.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills with experience supporting diverse populations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with multiple software systems and data tracking tools.
  • Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English.

Preferred:

  • Experience in housing operations, student services, or property/residential management.
  • Background in front desk coordination or high-traffic customer-facing environments.
  • Experience analyzing data or service trends to improve processes.
  • Familiarity with campus systems or housing management software.
