Job Details
Salary: The minimum annual (12 months) starting salary for the position is $59,603 but is negotiable based on experience and qualifications. This is a part-time position, which means actual salary earned will be prorated based on FTE.

Job Profile: Outreach Specialist
Job Duties: The 4-H Program Educator is part of the Division of Extension Wisconsin 4-H Program, which engages over 24,000 youth members and 8,000 adult volunteer leaders. The role includes Program Administration, Volunteer Management, and Education and Youth Advocacy.
- Program Administration: Provides leadership to expand 4-H membership, ensures programs align with 4-H values, oversees policy and risk management, and cultivates partnerships.
- Volunteer Management: Manages volunteers, establishes a comprehensive system for volunteer development, provides coaching, and ensures compliance with policies.
- Education and Youth Advocacy: Utilizes delivery methods for youth development content, serves as a connection to educational resources, supports youth engagement, and facilitates positive youth development.
County Location: Main office in Marinette, WI, with primary focus on Marinette County; some programming may extend broader.
In Person: Position requires work in-person, onsite at a designated campus location.
Evening/Weekend Work: May require occasional nights and weekends.
Travel Expectations: Requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-state travel.

Education: Required: Bachelor's Degree; Preferred: Master's Degree in a related field.
