Business Analyst, Workforce Compliance & Verification
Operating within People & Capability Directorate, the Business Analyst - Workforce Compliance & Verification is a key role responsible for conducting detailed analysis of ACU's casual workforce processes to support the Wage Compliance Program objectives. Reporting to the Program Manager, this 12 month fixed term position will lead the mapping of business processes and work with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements to ensure the university's practices are robust, compliant and efficient to manage the casual workforce. The Wage Compliance Program will investigate, identify and correct areas of non-compliance with the ACU's Staff Enterprise Agreement, Fair Work Act and other applicable regulatory instruments and conduct comprehensive reviews and analysis of the current casual employment lifecycle with an emphasis on compliance, regulatory obligations and risk mitigation strategies. The team will lead the design and implementation of targeted operational and improvement initiatives to address identified compliance gaps primarily through the Wage Compliance Program framework.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting detailed analysis of ACU's casual workforce processes to support the Wage Compliance Program objectives;
- Lead the mapping of business processes;

- Ensure the university's practices are robust, compliant and efficient to manage the casual workforce;

Requirements:
- Exceptional opportunity for an experienced BA to lead mapping, reviews and analysis of processes for a critical new program;
- Work with stakeholders to design and implement operational and risk mitigation initiatives to manage ACU's casual workforce;
