The Bachelor of Nursing program is offered at six delivery sites including, Wollongong, Liverpool, Sutherland, Shoalhaven, Eurobodalla and Bega Valley. In addition, we have an expansive post graduate portfolio with degrees in Nursing, Mental health, Dementia Care and Health Leadership and Management. The School has an expansive research agenda. Our research agenda has six foci: Clinical Excellence, Mental Health, Ageing, Primary Health, Person-Centred Practice and Teaching and Learning under the leadership of excellent researchers.

About the Role

We’re seeking a School Operations Officer to keep our nursing programs running smoothly. You’ll manage key administration across curriculum delivery and student progression, lead placement-related processes and maintain accurate records that support student success. You’ll also contribute to broader School operations by building strong relationships with stakeholders and helping improve systems as our Nursing cohort continues to grow.

About You

Your experience includes coordinating placement related administration and you have a strong eye for detail that helps you keep records and data well organised. You work well under pressure, communicate comfortably with a wide range of people and enjoy improving systems to make things run more smoothly. You pick up new systems quickly and feel confident working both independently and as part of a team.
