General Summary
Support the Continuing Education department that includes creating a welcoming environment for all students and visitors, assists with inquiries by telephone or in-person and proper triaging. Assist with daily processes, office functions and documentation.
Specific Position Duties
- Meet and greet customers visiting CE
- Ensure that each visitor follows the colleges screening protocols
- Answer phone and triage to proper departments
- Assists departments with daily processes
- General office functions
- Must be a team player.
