- Level 5: $84,002 - $94,998 plus 17% superannuation

About the Role
The Student Operations Officer supports the accurate and efficient progression of students through their degree programs by delivering key administrative processes across the student lifecycle. The role manages student cohorts both onshore and offshore, produces accurate reporting to support compliance with University policies and regulatory requirements, and undertakes quality assurance of enrolment and progression activities.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will coordinate cohort-wide administrative activities including course progress outcomes, results release processes and enrolment changes. You will support conferral activities and ensure the accurate production, quality assurance and distribution of academic documentation across all UOW campuses. You will also maintain system settings and reference materials to support consistent operational outcomes, undertake quality assurance checks to identify areas for improvement, and provide expert advice and problem-solving support to a range of internal stakeholders.
About You
You bring strong attention to detail, confidence working with data, and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Your well-developed communication skills allow you to provide clear, professional advice to diverse stakeholders, and you are comfortable applying policy and procedural frameworks to resolve complex issues. You are adaptable, collaborative and able to quickly learn and work with student administration systems.
