As a Student Recruitment Officer, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the University’s profile and driving the recruitment of high-quality prospective students both within Australia and internationally. You will support the delivery of innovative recruitment strategies, collaborate with marketing teams, and engage with future students to ensure successful enrolment outcomes. This role offers you the chance to contribute to the University’s Student Acquisition Plan and be part of a vibrant community dedicated to educational excellence.
Your responsibilities will include
- Support Strategic Recruitment Initiatives: Assist the Recruitment Manager with recruitment plans and monitor progress against KPIs.
- Deliver Engaging Campaigns: Collaborate with Communications & Marketing to execute targeted recruitment campaigns for key markets.
- Provide Exceptional Student Support: Offer timely, discipline-specific advice to future students and liaise with academic staff.
- Foster Collaborative Relationships: Work with recruitment teams to develop policies and best practices that drive continuous improvement.
You may be a great fit if
You will be a proactive individual with a tertiary qualification, possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
You may also
- Have a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline with subsequent experience.
- Demonstrate high-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Have experience with event management and student recruitment.
- Be fluent in a language other than English, enhancing your ability to engage with diverse student cohorts.
